1. FIRST WAVE until 2020 — Pioneers of Awakening These are twin flames who began awakening first, often before the year 2020. They carry the heaviest karmic patterns and open the path for the other waves. They often experience the most intense cleansing, the dark night of the soul, losses, and relationship breakdowns. Their task is the breaking of old matrices and the raising of collective consciousness.

Raghida says that the first wave has already “jumped timelines” and has done the most inner work. For most of this wave, it is believed that union between the twin flames should occur by the year 2025. Twin Flame dynamics is a connection that is far from idyllic and romantic. Through the processes of healing, you soon notice mirroring, which can be reflected in the form of mistakes that you first notice in your twin flame. Very often these appear as addictions to alcohol, drugs, addiction to social media, eroticism, compulsive and pathological lying, etc. At first, you perceive this as an addiction in your twin flame and as something you are aware of and hope that with time it will, and must, be outgrown.

Through the process of healing and maturing, which takes place when you and your twin flame are in contact or at least in an honest relationship, you soon realize that this is mirroring, because you too are fighting a very painful addiction — the addiction to the energy that, over time, you no longer feel between you on a daily basis, especially during the periods when the runner is pulling away. This is a very big problem for the chaser, who begins to face this kind of cold shock; at that moment, addictions become even more visible. New addictions soon join the old ones. You find yourself in constant overthinking, which blocks the flow of biological energy. Questions arise: Was the entire path so far in vain? It is known that energy flows where thoughts are directed. This means that when the runner is on the run and during this time turns to another person or is under the influence of a third person, the energy will be almost completely cut off. The same happens when the chaser senses lies and the trust between them is broken.

The runner is often unaware that the chaser, due to energy perception and stronger senses, very often sees through when someone is serving them lies — and this applies to all relationships. Likewise, any concealment is often revealed to the chaser very quickly, as if it were orchestrated and guided by divinity.

Here, two realizations are important. The first is that every lie perceived by the chaser is very painful, especially since there is no lie that the chaser, because of unconditional love, would not forgive the runner — and of course, vice versa.

And the second thing that must be mentioned is that during the time when the energy is not being received, the chaser’s energy is still draining, which in this dynamic can lead the chaser, within a few months, to burnout or other health problems. And here the relationship becomes toxic for both of them, and separation is necessary before the chaser becomes completely exhausted. This is again orchestrated by divinity as protection for the runner, or it is a strong ego trigger in one of them. As long as both the runner and the chaser do not see within themselves the things they must outgrow and heal — and if there is dishonesty from the runner toward the chaser — great damage can be caused to the chaser on the energetic level, which is the foundation for physical well‑being. Damage can also be done on the physical level, and it will remain so until reunion. When you realize this, you can move through the healing process faster, which does not mean it will be easier. These are painful processes.

If during separation they have not healed and progressed on the energetic and spiritual level, or if at reunion there are still hidden addictions, lies, and concealments, their time together will still be healing and pleasant because of the energetic flow, with the presence of deep inner peace and love — but the separation will be a complete collapse or chaos. When you reach these realizations, you have already processed and healed a great deal. When your relationship is honest and accepted from both sides, the healings are shared and faster, the energy flow is strong and indescribable, especially the healing energy flowing through the heart and heart chakra, even if you are physically apart. Healing abilities and gifts are activated in both.

In the case when you are in the runner‑chaser phase, it is necessary to turn inward, which is possible for the runner only when they overcome the addiction to the energy that is present at that time in gentler occasional surges, and when they overcome the other addictions that have joined over time in order to cope with the first addiction. Only then is the chaser able to release control over the relationship. At this point, the chaser also realizes that there is nothing left they can do to prove to the runner their loyalty, love, values… which, in the case when the runner rejects their own mistakes and healing or personal growth and maturation, costs the chaser burnout, exhaustion, health… in the end, the chaser can only trust that when the runner returns, the pattern/cycle will not repeat.

Mirroring also appears in the form of fears. One of the most common fears is the fear of rejection or loss, which you carry deeply rooted within yourself because of your past traumas — fear of rejection by society or family. Fears differ. Everyone carries their own, but they can also be the same. And these are deep wounds that twin flames have the power to heal when they are in energetic balance.
